If you have booking but the host cannot accommodate you or asks you to cancel, please contact our team at hello@campanyon.com. You should include any relevant documentation including messages or texts with the host, etc.
Our support team will review your enquiry and process the full refund in these cases, including all fees. We will work with other Campanyon hosts to find similar spots that are available during the dates that you had booked.
Please note that if the host never responds to your booking request and your booking request expires, then the pending charge on your card will fall off and you will not be charged.
