Our Campanyon app allows you to host on Campanyon from your phone. View and manage stays, chat with campers, and manage your profile from your phone (iOS/Android).

How to switch to the host view
Once you downloaded the app and login/sign up you will need to switch to the 'host view' - to do so we invite you to tap on "I am a host" right below the search bar. You can also switch to the host view in the 'Profile' tab.

What is the 'Properties' tab?
The 'Properties' tab is your properties and listing overview. You will be able to update your availabilities, pause your listing and edit them.
IMPORTANT: You will need to create first your listing on the web version to be able to manage them directly into the app.

What is the 'My bookings' tab?
The 'My bookings' tab is where you can find all details about upcoming bookings and booking requests. You'll also find your guests' contact information here. Head to the 'My bookings' tab to manage your bookings.

Pending and Confirmed bookings
While exploring the 'My bookings' tab, note that any pending booking request trips and confirmed bookings will look the same. You'll need to tap on the burger menu up in the top left corner to view more details.
Please note: Expired booking requests or cancelled bookings are also displayed under the ‘My Bookings’ tab.

What is the 'My Profile' tab?
The 'My Profile' tab is where you can edit your personal details, manage your notification preferences, manage and use your camp cash, reset your password and switch to your Camper profile if you want to book an outdoor stay yourself.

What is the 'inbox' tab?
The 'inbox' tab is your personal Campanyon chat inbox where you can chat with your guests. Use the chat function to discuss details prior to their arrival.
Please note: you can only chat with campers whom you have a booking of.

Why do I need to provide my location?
When you first launch the Campanyon app, you'll be asked to provide your location. This allows us to provide you with a tailored experience when you're searching for an outdoor stay. Your location information is only available to the app, while the app is in use.
Click 'allow while using app' to give the app location permission:

How do I download the Campanyon app?
Downloading the Campanyon app is super easy! You can do it by following these steps:
Campanyon app for iPhone (iOS)
- Open the App Store on your iOS device
- Tap the Search button, type in Campanyon in the search bar at the top of the screen
- Tap on Get. Done!
Campanyon app for Android
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
- Tap the Search button, type in Campanyon in the search bar at the top of the screen
- Tap on Install. Done!
