Campanyon is an amazing community of respectful nature lovers. However, we are aware that on some very rare occasions things can go wrong.
We want your experience as a Campanyon host to be enjoyable, so we have put Hosting Guidelines in place to help prevent unpleasant or hazardous situations from occurring. Make sure to read through the Hosting Guidelines, and ensure that your guests have knowledge of your personal land rules prior to arrival.
At Campanyon, we are also making every effort to protect you against bad experiences before they even happen. Here’s how:
- Each campers agrees during the booking process that they reviewed the rules and guidelines you’ve set up. We recommend you set clear and concise rules to help camper easily keep them in mind.
- We share a Responsible Camping Guide with our campers when they book. This document contains important guidelines for guests to follow and have an environmentally and socially responsible stay.
If you would like to report a camper for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact our team at hello@campanyon.com with details of what happened as well as the booking number. Our Support Team will follow up with you with the next steps.
