As a Campanyon host, you can choose between 5 different cancellation policies:
Super Flexible
If the guest cancels the booking
Less than 24 hours prior to check-in day and time: You will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees).
At least 24 hours prior to check-in day and time: You will not be paid.
Flexible
If the guest cancels the booking
Less than 7 days prior to check-in day and time: You will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees).
At least 7 days prior to check-in day and time: You will not be paid.
Moderate
If the guest cancels the booking
Less than 14 days prior to check-in day and time: You will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees).
At least 14 days prior to check-in day and time: You will not be paid.
Strict
If the guest cancels the booking
Less than 14 days prior to check-in day and time: You will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees).
Less than 30 days and at least 14 days prior to check-in day and time: You will receive 50% of the booking payout (minus Campanyon’s fees).
At least 30 days prior to check-in day and time: You will not be paid.
Super strict
If the guest cancels the booking
Less than 30 days prior to check-in day and time: You will receive the full booking payout (minus Campanyon fees).
Less than 60 days and at least 30 days prior to check-in day and time: You will receive 50% of the booking payout (minus Campanyon’s fees).
At least 60 days prior to check-in day and time: You will not be paid.
The cancellation policy corresponds with the check-in date and time.Important note: When a host accepts a booking, they are committed to honouring it. Because of this, there is no cancellation policy for hosts. If it is absolutely necessary to cancel a booking - as a result of an acute illness, accident, or death in the immediate family - please reach out to us.
