If you want to change your trip dates, we suggest that you first double check which cancellation policy your host has chosen for their listing. If - based on their policy - you are able to completely cancel your trip without any fees applying, the easiest solution would be to cancel your existing reservation, and rebook for the correct dates. If - based on their policy - you are not able to cancel your trip without being responsible for the full booking payment without refund possibilities, try to contact your host directly and ask nicely if they are willing to adjust the dates of your visit on their calendar instead of going through the cancellation process.
If you want to cancel your booking, you can do so by going to the ‘My trip’ page > ‘My trip details’. Once a booking has been requested, you will automatically be given the option to cancel it from here. Remember that the hosts have chosen between 5 different cancellation policies, and familiarize yourself with the specific policy that affects your booking. If you cancel your booking after the allotted time allowed for cancellation based on the chosen policy, you will be responsible for the full booking payment without refund possibilities.
